We guarantee that our Arnold Leather Goods Genuine Leather Belts will not crack or split as they are cut from just one 3 – 3.5mm thickness of full grain solid leather.

Choosing which belt size to order:

Best method – using an Existing Belt

From an existing, current belt, measure from the start of the leather at the buckle end to the hole you are currently using (usually the most worn). This measurement will be 2” larger than the belt size you need to order; this is because there is an allowance of 2” to go over clothing and waistbands. For example, if that measurement is 36” then you need to order a belt size 34”.

Using a Waist Measurement

Measure your waist with a tape measure at the point that you will be wearing the belt. This measurement will be 2” larger than the belt size you need to order; this is because there is an allowance of 2” to go over clothing and waistbands. For example, if that measurement is 36” then you need to order a belt size 34”.

Please do not order the total length of the leather as you will be ordering a belt that is too big.

Men’s or Women’s 1⅛” Real Leather Trouser Belt, Handmade in England, with an Antique Brass finish Buckle

We make this 1⅛” Real Leather Trouser Belt in the UK from the best quality leather hides sourced from Italy. Unlike a lot of mass-produced belts, our handmade soft, grainy Bullhide and smooth Cowhide belts are made from just one 3 – 3.5mm thick piece of full grain solid leather. They are not several thicknesses of leather and cardboard glued and stitched together.

As a result, we are happy to guarantee that our Arnold & Arnold Genuine Leather Belts will not crack or split.

Finishing Process:

As part of the hand-finishing process, we bevel and colour the belt edges and we use high quality buckles. All this ensures that our Arnold Leather Goods Real Leather Belts will last for years and will improve with age.

Larger sizes:

You may order online from a range of belt sizes starting at 26″ up to a 46″ waist size. If you need a larger waist size than 46″ please email and tell us the waist size, width of belt and leather colour you require. Sometimes we do have larger hides that we can cut longer belts from. We will get back to you with information regarding your enquiry as soon as possible.
